A heavy equipment dealer with a very large rental fleet of excavators, crawlers, backhoes, etc., needed a water treatment system that could treat 30 gallons per minute and reuse all of the wash water.
Solution
With advanced settling, aeration and bioremediation technologies, ClearBlu provided them a system that generates clean, fresh smelling reclaimed water with all oil and grease removed. This customer has no sewer access. Due to freeze considerations, all equipment is inside. Hydraulic/electric automatic controls are centrally located for ease of maintenance. Biodigesters require no chemical supplements and maintain their own pH naturally. Microbes digest soap as well as grease and oil.
